| Description: | Provide internal medicine care to patients in out-patient and in-patient settings.
Gateway Community is looking for an Internal Medicine Physician in Laredo, TX. Medical doctor degree or foreign equivalent. Three years residency in internal medicine and eligibility for Texas medical license required. BC/BE in Internal Medicine. Job Duties include: Diagnose and provide non-surgical treatment of diseases and injuries of internal organ systems, providing care mainly for adults who have a wide range of problems associated with the internal organs. Take the history and examination of patients, order laboratory analyses, x-ray procedures and other diagnostic tests, analyze findings, diagnose conditions, administer and prescribe necessary treatments such as drugs, vaccinations, and other treatments, and provide direct care to patients on an inpatient hospital basis.
