| Description: | The position is responsible for implementing the various functions of the Center�s human resources. The Generalist is responsible for the coordination of employment of non-licensed and non-certified staff, including, but not limited to, recruitment, orientation, employee relations, and administration of benefits. The HR Generalist also advises managers, supervisors, or administration in all HR practices to ensure Center compliance with applicable regulations. |
| Qualifications: | Bachelor's degree, with specialization in Human Resources or Business Administration or five year�s of related work experience. Bilingual in English and Spanish. |
